Hunter Valley Cottage Accommodation

Perched atop our humble meadow, The Cottage greets you with fresh forest air and sky-high sun-drenched windows. Local wildlife songs from neighbouring gums swaying in the breeze while you soak in the outdoor tub and the peaceful tranquility that comes from drinks on the deck. Your own personal oasis hidden in the wilderness… A short wander from natural pools, waterfalls and kilometres of hiking trails.

Set amongst 250 acres of Aussie woodlands, The Cottage offers two king bedrooms comfortably sleeping 4 people and optional hire of the nearby Nook, sleeping an extra 2 guests (choose the option The Cottage + The Nook when booking your stay). The perfect abode for multiple couples, groups and families to mingle, play and reconnect.

Fyona from Yoga Brave is available at your cabin by appointment. Tailoring your class to suit your groups physical and emotional needs, add a calming yoga session to your stay at checkout and stretch your worries away.

Breakfast freshly cooked on the fire… You just can’t beat it. Really impress the guests with your masterchef skills flipping and sizzling the goods inside this mouthwatering camp pack hamper. Slow smoked bacon, farm fresh eggs, organic halloumi, Farm Bakery sourdough, vine-ripened tomatoes, gourmet sausages… We could go on. Or you could just add a brekkie camp pack to your stay at checkout. We’ll even throw in a 10 pack of Urban Brew Coffee Pods to sip over brekkie (we have the coffee machine sorted too). 

s’mores dessert box

Morish after dark dessert anyone? We thought so. Build your own Carawirry S’Mores the way they should be. Oozing with gooey marshmallow fluff, dripping in milk chocolate, all hugged with two bikkies. Make sure they’re in the snack stash when you book your stay.

FAQs

It sure is! We’ve got three kids 9 years and under who see Carawirry as their personal wonderland. (But don’t worry, we don’t let them run wild while we have guests staying). We just ask that you keep a good eye on your little adventurers while they’re on the property.

Check-in from 3 pm on your arrival date. And check-out at 10am on your final day. But, if we don’t have a same day changeover, we’re happy to extend your check-out time to 1pm. Just ask us when you arrive and we’ll let you know.

Nope. All cabins are separate (and super private) on Carawirry’s huge 250 acre property.

If digi-detoxes aren’t your style, you can connect to Carawirry’s secure network. Carawirry is connected to Mr Musk’s Starlink Network, so you know the connection is fast and reliable and free for all booked guests.

Heads Up: If you decide not to connect to the WIFI, you will not have mobile service #hardcoredigidetox. That’s not a bad thing in our book!

But, so you know, the smart TVs in each accommodation are permanently connected to the Carawirry WIFI – you can log in to all your streaming channels easy peasy.

So, really, the only reason you’ll need to have access to the WIFI is to reach out to the outside world. #instalove

Since Carawirry’s forest is brimming with wildlife, we don’t allow any pets. Think of it this way, Fido gets a holiday from you too! Just kidding, Fido loves you… But we can assure you, you’ll definitely get your furry friend fix from resident wallaby Skip.
